We take care of all money issues between the tenant and the property owner. We draw up a legal binding contract that includes:
- The rights and responsibilities of both the tenants and the property owner.
- The dates and timetable of the lease (long-term or short-term)
- 1-2 months advance rental payment and a security deposit to be used in cases of damage to the property.
- Details for monthly bank transfers of rental fee
- Repair and maintenance policies
