Conbiz uses a variety of methods in securing potential tenants through social media, on-line bulletin boards, Facebook groups and more. In addition, we have a large ongoing active waiting list of prospective tenants that have been acquired through careful and selective advertising.  Once the prospective tenant is identified, our agency sets up a personal interview so as to assess the prospective client and screen where necessary. Many of our prospective tenants are satisfied returning clients that we match up with property owners.

Conbiz is responsible for property viewings for the prospective tenant. This takes the weight off of the property owner as this process can be both time-consuming and frustrating. Our property management agency will know how to point out the best features of your property. In the case of the property owner wishing to be part of this process we will set up a date and time to include him/her in the viewing.

We take care of all money issues between the tenant and the property owner. We draw up a legal binding contract that includes:

  • The rights and responsibilities of both the tenants and the property owner.
  • The dates and timetable of the lease (long-term or short-term)
  •  1-2 months advance rental payment and a security deposit to be used in cases of damage to the property.
  • Details for monthly bank transfers of rental fee
  • Repair and maintenance policies
  • A property owner can request specific rules and regulations regarding the property such as a no pets policy and no illegal activities
