Apartment tour and property management agreement

We will meet and discuss the details of your property management, including the market-appropriate rent. We will lend our experience to maximizing your realistic asking price, based on your property’s location, prospective tenant types (students, international, etc.) and special advantages. Once we agree on the rental ask, we are off to find a tenant – it’s all on us. Our work, our risk, your gain.

Signing the Property management agreement

Once we prepare the agreed upon property management agreement, which you will sign directly with us, we will go through each clause ensure clarity and transparency.  We take on all issues and all risks from the moment we sign the dotted line with you. And you can end our arrangement any time you please with a one-month notice.

Advertising your property

After taking professional shoots of your apartment, we will advertise it, and a vacancy seeking a tenant on all the leading Czech real estate portals. We also launch social media campaigns to get your property the attention it deserves. Accordingly, vacancy times are vanishingly short in apartments we manage.

Showing off your apartment

Prospective tenants who pass the initial screening will be invited to view the apartment. This showing lets the prospective tenants decide if the apartment is right for them – and for us to see if they are a good fit for your apartment.

Tenant candidate screening

We have a systemic, three stage screening method. In the final stage we cross reference the candidates’ identity with the debtor and criminal registrar to sift out unsavory elements. Our systemic approach ensures that only the most reliable tenants .

Bulletproof Lease Contracts

Only the best lawyers draw up and revise our lease contracts. Tenant failure to uphold their end of the deal is not frequent – but when it does happen, we have legal remedies to fall back on.
